Homework for Cancun trip

Hotel :

對有些人來說，全包酒店未必值得。因為如果去了後發現你不喜歡那些飲食，或是要出去玩一天，錢是退不了的。

palace resort and royal hideaway are the best all-inclusive resorts in Cancun area.

select a hotel in middle section hotel zone.  one end close to downtown too noisy because of all the bars.
The other end (believe it's a dead end) is too far from everything else.
I liked the location of the Hyatt (there are at least 2 Hyatts) where we stayed - every room has an ocean view I believe and you can ly in bed watching sun rise. I personally do not like big resorts. It is also conveniently located at the midpoint of the hotel zone and close to either end.

Chetzinitza (spelling?), Isla Majores, and Cozmel are some places we liked. Tulum is another nice maya ruin on the ocean.

住在Royal Sands。這是個五星級的member-owned resort。有時有些人自己不去，會委托管理部門出租。它的每一套房都是朝海的。而一般旅館就沒有這個保證，除非多花錢。Royal Sands的設施和服務絕對都是一流的。

坎昆附近可玩的地方很多，要看你呆多久。那裏旅遊服務很好，去了現買旅遊團票就可以。記住一點，別在旅館裏買旅遊團票。坎昆的HOTEL ZONE中心地帶有shopping center，那裏的旅行社賣的同樣的票隻有旅館裏一半的價錢。

Credit card大店都收，但Cash還是必要的。我都是到那兒臨時少換一點cash，找到好的匯率再多換一點。Cancun感覺跟美國的resort差別不大，很多店也直接收美元，但付Pesu多半會更劃算。Credit card 有２％到３％的transaction fee， 記得AE是２％。要是有Bank of America ATM卡的話，可以在墨西哥Santander Serfin銀行的ATM直接取現金，這應該是最劃算的，不過我在Baja試過，因為看不懂西文而放棄。也許你可以找到有Santander Serfin的英文ATM。
