自古以來詞匯量是英文好壞的一個標準。但“詞匯量”這個提法有他操蛋的地方。在我認為，一個人英文詞匯的組成，大約有這樣幾個部分:1.具有單純的實義的名詞。比如，如果你詞匯量不大，你大概認識penguin這個詞。如果你詞匯量超大，可能連armadillo這種詞都認識。這種詞隻有一個含義，認識一個算一個，而且使用的時候也不會弄錯。2.主要含義多於一個，可你隻知道一個[閱讀全文]

原讀見鏈接，很明顯的off在walkoff中是重讀的。http://www.qiewo.com/html/20081226/12831.html而且，在materingamericanaccent中清楚提到這一點。“phrasalverb”：verb+prep。Inphrasalverb，重讀在“lastword”。所舉的例子如下：pickup,putout,lookover，turnoff,turnup,turnon,turndown,turnaway。現在你同意俺的意見了嗎？還有京北，我給你的這塊磚，你同意嗎？似乎昨天牙仙提到了up在動詞短語中不應重讀的問題，可是[閱讀全文]
