感覺還降低生活品位，因為不得不和比自己品位低的打交道。如果不當地主，是不會和這些人打交道的；不得不和他們打交道，就不得不用他們懂的方式，而這些方式是相對低級的。不想降低生活品位，就得用PM。[閱讀全文]

我以前也當過碼工。這個工作，一開始是腦力勞動，但最後是體力勞動。一天到晚在屏幕前動都不動，脖子也有問題，後背也有問題。我覺得房東和碼工的最大區別，是在退休以後。房東退休以後，房價和房租不會因為你退休而不漲了，所以情況會越來越好。當房東是建立一個永久的事業，碼工是一個現在的工作。不過，如果當碼工能掙45萬，房東都應該去當碼工。我麵前有一[閱讀全文]
