快過春節了,想起了陝北的小米黃酒.小時候,每逢媽媽做米酒時,我就在一旁打下手.頭天晚上,媽媽把粘小米加入少許硬小米泡在清水裏.第二天一大早去掉水.然後,放碾子上碾成米粉.米粉拿回家放燒開的水加綠豆大鍋上麵蒸成糕.把熱糕,去渣的綠豆湯,加曲子捏和均勻.洗淨風幹的瓷罐內噴上白酒,底下放些許曲子粉,把混合好的酒坯裝入,最後再撒上曲子,蓋上蓋子發酵30-45天.舀稠酒,用[閱讀全文]

又是一個嚴寒的冬季。屈指數來已是我在加的第十二個冬天。這裏的冬天除漫長的寒冷外，更可怕的是終日不見陽光，令人非常鬱悶，這可能也是自殺的一個原因。
