去年冬天做的臘雞腿，臘味，香味皆具.，偶個人灰常喜歡方子：10斤雞大腿（chickenthighs)65克鹽50毫升醬油（低鹽的）20克花椒75克白糖100毫升白酒香葉，八角，山奈，少許把雞大腿先用白酒抹勻，再把鹽，花椒，白糖混合，均勻抹在雞腿上，邊抹邊給雞腿做下按摩,全部抹完後，淋上醬油，拌勻，丟點香葉，八角，山奈進去（每樣四，五個就可以了）醃一周，掛起來，風幹，這次[閱讀全文]
