拋出這些問題後很多的人是不會回答的，因為他們有自知之明。有近一半回答了，但我也會基本淘汰了，比如單媽帶著4個孩子，或者3代人同住，小青年合租，自曝的信用記錄在620以下，有一隻中大狗以上，等等。雖然是自爆信息，可能會撒謊，但第一輪達標的真不多。

2. What do you do for a living? How long has you been in this position? Same questions for all adults. 
3. How much is your combined monthly?

4. Approprimately what is your credit score? Same question for all adults.
4. Do you have any eviction and felony history?

5. Do you have any pets? If yes, what kind/breed?

6. Do you smoke?

7. What is your expected move-in date?
