房子被毀，和房客租約就算自動解除了嗎

龍卷風摧毀了一半房子，屋頂吹沒，filed claim 還沒回應。我覺得是無法修複要重建的。現在租約就算自動解除了？除了退還deposit,還有什麽要做的嗎？他們有自己的renters insurance. 我查了一下landlord coverage, 好像沒什麽給tenants的補償。
