請問選校問題 international student undergraduate Ohio state vs UC Davi

外甥女本來要去Ohio State, 結果被Davis 從waiting list上撈上來了。 現在不知道選哪所了。 . Ohio state 是統計專業， Davis是不定專業， 準備轉統計。她學習很一般， 是北京一個三流國際高中。她聽說Davis學習壓力大， Ohio State 輕鬆些， 不知是否屬實。請問哪所好些？謝謝
