I never recommend anyone to get a phd

even though I got a phd in US and was a professor for more than 10 years. PHD = Permanent Head Damage. My two children only need a Bachelor degree and go to work. there are many reasons. I just list a few:
1. Almost of all current phd programms are out of date including research tools, research methods, equipment, etc. 
2. Most of the professors are out of date. They are in academic world so long and they don't understand quickly changed real world. 
3 AI is develping every day and makes almost all research methods/topics meaningless. The quality/impact of most of phd dissertations conducted in 3-5 years are less important and valuable than the search results from chatgpt.  
4 Most people in academia think at least 99% of publications are "junk papers," particularly in social science, eco, education, pyschology, busines, finance, etc.
