不算數錢，容俺得瑟下，嘿嘿

LD做了幾年executive，最近公司股票漲了。

法務主管跟所有executive說，你們統統是內線，不能隨便交易。唯一出手股票的方法，是找broker set up 一個東東叫10B5計劃，定期閉著眼賣。

下周約了某花街broker要談這事兒了。

據說如果有MA，連定期賣的都會被blocked。變現點股票也不是件容易事兒。。。
