No therapist would suggest such remedy, and no court will give custody to a father who shares the same bed with his 14-year-old daughter.  If you want to prove his unsuitability as a parent, you need to document it; your hunch is not good enough and, by airing it without her corroboration, can hurt your credibility in court.
