精神是低成本航空企業。 Spirit 不久前被 Frontier 收購, 但該交易被 Spirit board 拒絕。 Jet Blue最終收購了Spirit, 但被司法部起訴.  Now Jet Blue is waiting for Federal court's approval (today Dec 5th JetBlue put its argument on Federal Court)。

捷藍航空是 one of the major airlines，其服務比聯合航空和美國航空好得多。

AA and Jet Blue had Joint Venture agreement similar to AA with BA, but FAA eventually forced it to dissolve.
