請教芝加哥達人：到芝加哥５天，是租車好還是公交好？住宿的話住 downtown好還是郊區好？

人比較多，四個大人兩個孩子，吃飯的話都比較願意去中國城，還要去outlets購物啥的，是租車好還是買citypass？

住downtown會方便嗎？在考慮是用airbnb租一套房子呢還是就在downtown訂酒店，但downtown的parking好像又少又貴，能不能給點建議？
