Which itinerary is better

I haven't been to Europe. This will be my first time to cruise in Europe. Can you please let me know which itinerary is better? The price is the same.

1. 6 Ports: Rome (Civitavecchia), ItalySicily (Messina), ItalyCorfu, GreeceSantorini, GreeceKusadasi, Turkey (for Ephesus)Athens (Piraeus), GreeceNaples, Italy (for Capri & Pompeii)Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy

2, 6 Ports: Rome (Civitavecchia), ItalyNaples, Italy (for Capri & Pompeii)Santorini, GreeceKusadasi, Turkey (for Ephesus)Athens (Piraeus), GreeceSicily (Messina), ItalyMallorca (Palma), SpainBarcelona, Spain

Would it be too cold to cruise in Febrary or March?
