Europe SIM card

We plan to tour Germany, Czech, Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Slovernia. Is there a common SIM we can use? We will first land at Frrankfurt, can we get the SIM there, or, we should get it at States?  We have an unlocked iPhone5s.
