瑞士是個小國,雖然小,風景卻特別豐富多樣。離開了山區的陰天,這一路竟是豔陽高照。這時候不得不小小得意我們隨機旅行的風格。事先沒有固定旅館,想到哪裏就可以隨時動身。隻不過一兩個小時之外,就像進入另一個國度:德語改為法語,晴空代替了陰霾,巍峨山區變為舒緩丘陵和熱情的beach,昨天還全副武裝一副登山客模樣,今天我們已經要換上比基尼下水遊泳。
青翠欲滴,芳草茵茵,瑞士得天獨厚的自然景色就像一副畫卷徐徐展現在眼前。

Cailler巧克力工廠
瑞士擁有世界最大的巧克力生產企業,最著名的巧克力品牌,瑞士人平均每個月要消耗兩磅的巧克力呢!我們去的工廠-Cailler-Nestle,是瑞士最大的巧克力工廠之一,位於小鎮Broc,在瑞士的東部法語區。

一盤又一盤的巧克力等著我們,幾十種不同口味,而且都是新鮮製造,嘩,真是開心透了!什麽身材,什麽減肥,通通見鬼吧!香甜的巧克力釋放了每個人的endorphin,這裏大概是最歡樂的地方了。巧克力廠製造人人愛的美味巧克力,再沒有更奇妙的地方了!

奶酪之鄉Gruyere
在參訪的過程裏,我和另一位從紐約來瑞士外派的女士隨便聊起來,她推薦我們去附近的小鎮Gruyere。Gruyere是我最喜歡的奶酪之一,也是瑞士最著名的奶酪。現在可以去探訪它的起源地,哇,太令人向往了,真是意外的收獲呢。
Gruyere是個中世紀風貌的小鎮。從Broc開過來,遠遠望去,密林濃翠的群山包圍著有許多尖尖塔頂的城堡,what a lovely setting!

整個村鎮隻有一條寬而短的石頭街道,頂端矗立著Gruyere古堡。村莊裏古香古色的房屋,大多是經營奶酪的專賣店和餐廳。

出來城堡,正是晚餐時分,來到這裏當然要嚐嚐最著名的奶酪火鍋。小朋友覺得拿小棍子叉著食物卷著奶酪很好玩。

我們在小鎮附近臨時找到的酒店Ibis Bulle La Gruyere也很不錯,沒什麽character,但是超幹淨整潔的,而且才99塊呢。
奶酪工廠
第二天早晨,我們拜訪了鎮上的奶酪工廠La Maison du Gruyere。這是一間全瑞士享負盛名的奶酪工廠。

導覽從飼養乳牛的牧草說起。這附近的山區牧草豐美,人們在割草的時候會特別留心不去弄碎草裏的野花。牛兒吃了各種野花和香草,產的牛奶也帶著花草的芬芳。我們在這裏試著分辨各種花草的清香。

有趣的facts:一頭奶牛一天要吃100公斤草和85公升水,產奶25公升。一輪35公斤的奶酪要用400公升牛奶才能造成呢!

每個人都得到一份三個不同儲存期的奶酪。6個月,8個月,和10個月。趕快嚐一嚐,口感醇厚,香氣濃鬱,真的太美妙了!但小朋友就覺得味道太重。不要緊,爸爸媽媽樂得幫他們消滅。
