And ships with more than 200 spaces are not allowed to go, so the trip becomes more expensive, and ships with more than 100 people have to make passengers take turns to do landing.

All the expedition leaders warn us to not take any food on shore, not touch any animals, and not bring anything back from the shore. On a few islands we even need to clean our shoes and vacuum our clothing and bags to remove any seeds from other continents.

There are definitely no commercial killing of animals in south georgia and antactica. All the ships are required to carry all the food they consume and carry out all the garbage. I would say the regulations are quite strict.
