When you are lucky, (weather-wise), Alaska has that too.
Tibet is a unique place with its cultural aspect and the mystery associated with it. Westerners are particularly attracted to such. On the other hand, such scenaries are almost a dime a dozen all over U.S./Canada, as well as Europe (Alps in particular). The key to me is, those other places in the world are much easier to access - for an ordinary people like me, that is far more important than going to Tibet (involving lots of efforts, and many other variables that I wouldn't bother to detail here.)
