Where to go for spring week?

This is a second grader's spring break, not college spring break :-)..

We went to Cancun for the last two breaks. Even though my son is asking about Cancun again, I think we should go somewhere else for a change. We are contemplating three destinations - Santa Fe in NM, Vancouver or Los Cabo in Mexico.

Any comments? Or any other suggestions in terms of places to visit in early April.
