You CANNOT just leave the deer on the road!

If you don't remove it from the highway, for sure
1. the deer will be hit again and this time it won't be so lucky;
2. it's even more dangerous for the car behind you

Why don't you flash the emergency light and wait for some help? It's totally irresponsible by just leaving the deer like that.
