根據美國海關和邊境保護局（CBP)和美國務院頒布的“簽證自動再有效”條款（Visa Automatic

Revalidation），你父母持已失效的B2簽證，乘遊輪去加勒比海出遊，然後再返美國的條件如下：

1. Readmission from contiguous territory 。

2. Readmission after an absence not exceeding 30 days

3. In possession of Form I-94 endorsed to show an unexpired period of initial admission or extension of stay

4. M-1student must also present a properly endorsed SEVIS Form I-20MN （與你們無關）

5. In possession of a valid passport, unless exempt

6. Does not require authorization for admission under the INA 212(d)(3) （與你們無關）

7. Has not applied for a new visa while abroad

8. Has maintained and intends to resume nonimmigrant status
