no, Scientology allow its people study Bible.

Scientology allows its students learning Bible, Budda, etc, it doesn't reject Bible; only difference from other so-called 'Religious' on eartch is that it focuses on 'practical ways' to improve one's ability, solve issues in daily life as a solution ordinary people can use, so that people on earth have better life. 

For example, just like we teach kids in school to learn subjects of math, physics, physical education, etc,  it doesn't mean each kid will be a professional or go for Olympics, it just makes life issue get handled better by solution provided.  I don't think they are against 'Meditation' you mentioned.

One course I recommend to chinese here is its "Communication" courses, it is teach the basic truth of people's communication, surprisingly simple but very helpful.
