"唯一可以從此改變你的命運，就是從改變自己的思想開始" - should we start to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts, or/and AT LEAST start observing these thoughts..., trace back origination of thoughts...,

if one finally can observe, change, give his/her positive, kind thoughts to others, his/her fate can be changed.
