高中生，政府項目還能任意改換學生來源？唯一可能的是2017年秋季正式讀9年級的學生是可以做為9年級學生申請的。不過您在2021年的貼子裏還因為女兒當年9年級被Cosmos拒絕到紫檀來發帖問詢Cosmos的要求。

COSMOS was established by the California State Legislature in the summer of 2000 to stimulate the interests of and provide opportunities for talented California high school students.
