IT management	112,000
Software engineer	89,000

I believe the average marketing salary is a bit lower.

Sales is really where the money is at, I'm pretty sure any good rep in my company make well over a million a year. Just think about it, approx. 10% commission, a large enterprise deal is easily over 10 million. You just need one deal to make that much.
