四環素牙如何漂白

問了我的牙科醫生，居然說沒有辦法做。鬱悶。JM們，真的沒有辦法弄白了嗎？

我自己用市麵上賣的弄過，效果不錯，就是用幾次牙齒就開始敏感了。所以不感用了。

有什麽更好的方法嗎？超鬱悶啊
