other questions about maid recruitment

(1) How about the Best Home Employment in Thomson Plaza? It seems quite reputable.

(2) Which is better? Indonesian or Philipino maids? Personally I prefer to Philipinos, as I feel that there were many incidents related to Indonesian maids. Also, from the agent, many Indonesian girls tend to go oversea to undertake domestic work to earn money, before returning to marriage. So they are too young (20+) to well control their emotions and may do some extreme things. However, Philipino women are quite different, they tend to go oversea to do domestic services after getting married and bearing children. So they are significantly aged, many are 30-40. They are maturer and may control their emotions better.

(3) It is also heard that many maids (particularly Indonesians) may fabricate their working experiences and/or even ages. Somebody said that their work permit history can be tracked in the MOM website. Can anybody tell me how to track their WP history from MOM URLs?
