請教妙手們水管問題

想換掉舊的後院的水管，擰了半天下不來。請問那個螺絲扣是在哪個位置？

在下圖中的綠圈裏，還是左邊的藍圈下？奇怪的是，綠圈裏還有個繡的螺釘。
