請教廚房水管挪動問題，什麽是假回氣?

最近計劃重做廚房， 打算移動水池的位置。 裝修師傅說需要做個假回氣，這樣下水就沒問題了。

我擔心以後水池下水有不暢。不知道什麽是假回氣。特請教各位做個這個的嗎？效果如何
