還是來問萬能的家壇吧：中國出的苦蕎麥枕頭芯裏的苦蕎麥是種子嗎？可以帶入美國嗎？

DS說雖然隻是外殼，但仍然屬於農作品

問題是我的回程航班上沒有發任何入境紙
