Paradise and Carbon River open year around. However if big snow

Hits, you might only be able to go as far in as at Longmire at Paradise for example.  

But you still have an opportunity to enjoy the true wonderland under the snow, where I’ve never enjoyed the enchanting fairytale-like world anywhere else. 

Same as Olympic NP, just check the weather at NP website. 

You also could take a ferry and drive to the pacific coast or go to Deception Pass to see a typical PNW view.
