高中的science olympaid對申請大學有幫助嗎？

初中一直有參與， 高中也有， 不知道對申請大學也沒有幫助？學校有很多club可以選， 不能都選了。 debate， science olympiad, wiritng, art, math。 老師建議參加math和science olympiad, 我想讓娃加入debate, 娃表達能力不強。
