How Delaware C-Corp operates in California

My friend helped me registered a C-Corp in Delaware but I live in California. My goal is to operate at the California. Can anybody give me advice?

Should I cancel this C-Corp in Delaware and then register C-Corp in California?
or make this C-Corp operatable in California? Which way is better?

My business is to help a Chinese company selling Energy saving products in US. This is just first step.
