After setting up for Interval shooting, you could do you own things forever as soon as you have enough memory card room, battery.

Some camera has interval timer shooting function.

You could set up hour, minute, second, number of shot, time to start:

External shutter release socket:

Some point and shoot camera also has time lapse shooting function:

 

Intervalometer:

Some camcorder has time-lapse shooting:

Your DJI mini pro might also has this function, read the manual please.
