its illegal to bring rescue dogs over the border that are under 8 months old. And, they need to be quarantined for 30 days before coming into Canada. And, the rescue needs to apply for a permit to do so. The laws governed by the CFIA has changed in November 2013, making it near impossible, to bring young dogs, across the border from the USA with ease. Sorry we cant help.
