我的排期priority day is 07/3/2019,估計還有兩到三個月就要到期，

1.我想請教， 排期到期後（EB2）， 我等幾個月交表可以嗎？還是必須到期就要立嗎交表？

-You need to file the I-485 in the month when your priority date is current. The 排期 changes each month.

2.我交表後， 我周未可以回加拿大嗎？

-If your status is H-1 or L-1, you can travel out of US after you file I-485. If no, then you need to apply for advance parole (AP) and use it to travel abroad including Canada (you cannot go out of US before you get the approved AP).

3.我家人在加拿大，不想來美國，她也不想辦，我想知道，他們可以在加拿大交表嗎,還是他們來美國交完表就回去？

-They need to come to US to file I-485 and then, apply for AP to travel back to Canada. They also can choose to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada (you need to file I-824 for them to apply for the immigrant visa after you get the  green card). It is a good choice if they don't wnat to get the green card at present, but your kids have to be less than 21 when they apply for the immigrant visa.

4.如果妻子和孩子不申請， 我還需要提交結婚證明嗎？-Yes. It is requried for I-485 filing.

5. 1-845 父母信息，父母早已過世， 如何填？需要填嗎？-Just put your parents' names there, then write "Deceased" in the Address part of the item.

6. 8老師，你有收費服務幫忙交 1-845 表嗎？ 我公司律師說他隻代表公司。
