排期不current，485被批準了

尊敬的8老師，問個問題，EB2-NIW，排期不當前，還有一年。但由於疫情影響，麵試3月26日被re-scheduled了，4月13日也沒有麵試485被批了，綠卡也在製卡中，是否有疫情特殊政策？這種不current的情況下USCIS發的綠卡是否有效？多謝！
