8老師，我7月麵試過，然後被AP後，提交資料，之後要我交所有護照。不幸折騰2次，提交所有護照後已到9月最後幾天，估計領事館沒有時間處理。

8老師，之後我收到了護照。護照上麵沒有簽證，有一張白紙，上麵寫著“我們特以此信通知你移民部已經收到你提交的材料。很遺憾，目前我們不能進一步處理你的簽證申請。這是由於近期你所屬簽證類別的簽證配額的改變所造成的。僅有那些簽證排期較早的中國簽證申請人才能進一步辦理其簽證申請。一旦您的簽證排期到期後請與領事館聯係，我們會進一步辦理你的申請。”

我返回的公務護照上麵原來的簽證已經被蓋章：cancelled without prejudice。私人護照上麵沒有簽證。我也很難過。請問如果明年排期到了之後，我還需要重新辦理體檢打疫苗嗎？

-Depends on how long. If your priority date will become current again withjin 6 months, you may not need to do the physical exam again. Anyway, the US Consulate will tell you what you need to do at that time. So, when your priority date is current again, just comtact the US Consulate.

估計無犯罪記錄可能要重辦吧。還有，下次還需要重新麵簽，重新遞交資料進行AP審查嗎？這樣2-3個月的一次審查太麻煩了。

-I don't think they will conduct AP again because they have done it already.
