本人背景  EB3原裝 PD DCE 2014  RD 01APR2018  Interview Date: 7/19/2018

現在因為麵試的時候排期不當前，case被轉回TSC

Combo 卡已經拿到  現雇主的第二個H1B 2020年8月過期

現在的工作從大學畢業做到現在沒換過，也是用來申請綠卡的職位

現在拿到另一個大公司的offer  在同一個州 很近的一個不同的城市，不需要搬家

新公司是現公司的客戶之一，同行業同領域

新職位 職位描述和現在的類似，不完全相同-It is fine.

現在新公司讓我 8月20號入職

請問我這個換工作的風險？
-Because you change job before your I-485 pending > 180 days, there is some risk: if your current employer (i.e. I-140 sponsor) withdraw the approved I-140 or USCIS make a decision before your I-485 pending > 180 days, then your I-485 will be void. So, you  had better discuss with your new employer to see whether you can start your new job after your I-485 pending > 1 80 days (only 40 days to go).

我自己也查了很多資料，2005年有個uscis的memo收不滿180天可以換，不能把這個作為deny 485的唯一標準

請問我這個case是不是隻要到了新公司後等到pending滿180天交一個新的J表就行-You and your new employer needs to file I-485 Supplement J (i.e. both you and your new employer sign it) after you work for the new employer and your I-485 pending > 180 days.

還是就什麽都不要做，等綠卡
