請教8老師：

現在是H1b。EB2 和 EB3 140 都批了。EB3 的排期快到了，但是需要出國開會。如果正好是排期到了的這個月要出國可行嗎？
-Yes. You can apply for the H1b visa to come back even if you leave after you file I-485.

是應該先交485 再出國，還是從國外回來再交485？-Up to you. It does not matter.

從國外回來需要去簽回美簽證，會不會受影響？-Should not. H1B holder is allowed to have immigrant intent.
