EB1b 485 RD 10/03/2017，剛剛收到信，EAD批了，但是AP被拒，原因提交131之後去年11月回國了一趟。現在身份是faculty H1b，485 ready to interview，但是local office還沒消息。今年剛好H1b renew，然後暑假還是要回國。

這種情況的話是不是就沒必要再交I-290B浪費錢了？-Useless to file I-290B.

AP被拒對485沒影響吧？-No. If you were physically present when filing I-485, your I-485 will be fine.

我這種情況暑假回國會影響485麽？-No. 我打算回去再申一張新的H1b visa，然後開學前10天回來好了。。。-It is fine. But you may file a new I-131 for application for AP again in case you have trouble to get the H-1 visa (e.g. background takes long time). It is free to apply for AP, anyway.

四月份485好像又要排起了。假設EB1 485在我回國期間又current了，我的485會被拒麽？-No.
