請問8老師。EB3表二排期到了可以申請EAD和AP嗎？這個老不明白啊，因為移民局有時不采納表B。

-In these days, EB2/EB3 I-485 are filed based on A Form. So, you can not file I-485 based on B form now, and thgus you can not apply for AP or EAD.
