深受EB2大倒退的打擊，14下半的PD。誰能給個2017預測。前麵有多少申請。

另外，該不該降級到EB3。糾結中，如果降級，有弊端嘛？

-Not at all. It only has positive effects, no any negative effects, because the EB2 I-140 is still valid even if you downgrade it to EB-3 category. Thus, your I-485 will be approved based on either EB-2 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which PD is current first.
