8老師，您好！我的I－130是2015年8月遞交的，現在遞件排期表B時間到了，2016年6月排到了2015年10月15日的，但是我這個月很忙，是否可以晚一個月交I－485申請？

-Dpends on whether your PD is current. Please note that I-485 filing is based on Final Action Date  (i.e. A Form) in May, 2016, not be B Form. So, you are not qualifed for I-485 filing yet. See:

-As long as PD is current, you can file it anytime.
