很感謝8老師的回複！但本人疑惑的是網上有些不同的律師觀點，即基於DATES FOR FILING VISA APPLICATIONSfiling 485後，就處於485pending狀態，在此狀態下孩子的年齡是鎖定的。這個問題對我萬分關鍵，哪裏能得到一個明確的答複？
-I have made my point in above post, and this is just my personal opinion (it may not be right). Because DOS just set the Dates For Filing Visa Applicaiton which will be effective in Oct., I have not seen any new explanation from USCIS /DOS about this issue yet. So, I really don't have a correct answer. I believe many people like you are concerning this issue, so I hope USCIS will have a new Memo about this issue. We have to wait and see.
