請教8老師：關於入籍問題
我小弟5年前拿到綠卡後回國相親結婚，他妻子排期綠卡兩年多，快三年也拿到綠卡。
現在小弟準備入籍。請問：入籍後，他太太也可以立刻入籍嗎？因為，他變成公民
了，而太太拿綠卡也超過了兩年半。還是說，一定要結婚時，男方就是公民的才能
隻排兩年半？

 

太太也必須排五年嗎？

-Yes or 3 years from the date the husband becomes a US citizen, whichever is earlier.
