已經賺到移民局等候才會有了case no.

國內的親屬谘詢國內律師辦事處， 他們說申請兒童保護法要有批準日和當初收據號碼， 這兩個我沒確切的。

我壓力很大， 國內親屬口氣像我給他們耽誤了什麽似的。

問題：  
1.  申請兒童保護法時， 是否一定要填 I797上麵的批準日期？  
2.  我沒有I797怎麽辦？
