有誰知道, EB-1批了，交了I-485， 剛剛接到offer， 需改 H4為J 簽證， 是否會影響綠卡的身份調整過程？
-You can not change H-4 to J-1/J-2 due to immigration intent. If USCIS make mistake to approve your J-1/J-2, then the I-485 will be void. Why do you want to change the status? You can apply for EAD and use EAD to work.
