如果新雇主幫我重新申請I-140，假設半年後才能批準，而我原來的Priority Date下個月在等待I-140期間就到了（看最近的進展速度很有可能）。我是不是應該讓他們等一兩個月，等到我的排期到了，同時遞交I-140和I-485。非常感謝！
-You can file I-485 when the I-140 is pending as long as the priority is current. Talk to the lawyer.
