請教：
 

1。 小侄一定要回國麵試嗎？-Yes if he wants to get the immigration visa there. Another choice is that he can file I-485 in US to get  the green card after his father enters US to become a green card holder and thus, not need to get the immigration visa. But this choice takes more time for him to get the green card.

 

2。 如果回國麵試後拿到移民簽證，他可以不跟父親一起入美景，而自己先回來上學？-No. He only can enter US together with his father or after his father enters US.
 

3。 他可以在美國這邊辦無犯罪證明嗎？-He needs to get it from China for his record in China. Of course, if he choose to file I-485 in US, he does not need this kind of document.
